IDEX is seeking an Internal Business Development Manager to join our M&A division, focused on the UK Wealth Management and IFA landscape.
The main purpose of the role is to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of Wealth and Asset Management firms, positioning IDEX as a trusted partner for growth and development.
The role includes:
- Generating, developing, nurturing new business leads, and supporting Financial Services organisations with growth and exit planning.
- Collaborating with the Client Solutions Director and marketing to identify target organisations and develop engagement plans.
- Supporting delivery of quarterly and annual revenue targets through consistent business development activity.
- Developing and executing structured plans to achieve personal and team objectives.
- Maintaining oversight of prospects and key target accounts, ensuring regular updates are shared with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to identify and progress new business opportunities.
- Contributing to the execution of the Client Solutions strategy, supporting wider business growth initiatives.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience within the Financial Services sector and/or a Sales / Business Development role.
- Good understanding of Financial Services operations and market dynamics.
- Experience supporting growth initiatives and internal business development strategies.
- Experience with Pipeline tracking and reporting.
