A leading insurance brokerage is looking for an experienced Private Clients / HNW Account Executive to launch and lead a brand-new division focused on high-value clients.

This is a standout opportunity for someone entrepreneurial who’s ready to build something from the ground up — with full support from leadership, dedicated account handling, a marketing/events budget, and long-term equity potential.

💼 What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
• Driving new business through networking, referrals, and your market knowledge
• Building lasting client relationships and representing the business in the HNW space
• Leading the development of the private clients division
• Using a marketing/events budget to expand reach and visibility
• Collaborating with internal teams for seamless delivery

🙋 What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience with HNW or private clients in insurance
• A strong network and the ability to bring in new business
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter mentality
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Previous experience in a brokerage is a bonus
