Job Description
Are you an experienced Senior Administrator ready to step into a management role? Or an established Office Manager seeking a new challenge in a dynamic and supportive environment? We're looking for an organised, proactive, and approachable Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in Aberystwyth. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent. With hybrid working available, this role offers flexibility and the chance to play a vital role in the success of our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the smooth running of the office, including facilities, supplies, and IT coordination.
- Act as the main point of contact for client and third-party enquiries, ensuring high levels of professionalism and responsiveness.
- Liaise with the Head of Office to manage office purchases, equipment needs, and budgets.
- Support recruitment and on-boarding processes in collaboration with the HR team.
- Maintain an organised and well-equipped office space, including purchasing furniture and technology as required.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and help shape a positive and productive office culture.
