The Role As Head of Financial Planning, you will take full responsibility for the leadership and performance of the Financial Planning department. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, driving growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant advice aligned with client best interests. Key responsibilities include: Leading and executing the Financial Planning strategy in line with wider business objectives Driving the growth and development of the Financial Planning proposition Overseeing departmental performance, including P
