You’ll work alongside experienced Account Executives to place new business, manage renewals, and help build bespoke insurance programmes for some of the region’s most recognisable names.
What You’ll Be Doing- Managing mid-market and corporate accounts across Property, Liability, Fleet, and specialist sectors
- Handling renewals, MTAs, and new business from start to finish
- Negotiating with insurers to get the right terms — not just the easiest ones
- Building strong relationships with clients who expect (and appreciate) high-quality service
- Spotting opportunities to add value and make things better
- Solid experience in commercial insurance broking
- Confident dealing directly with clients and insurers
- Organised, switched-on, and comfortable juggling competing priorities
- Team-first mindset — you’ll work closely with your Execs, not behind them
- Salary up to £46k (depending on experience)
