I'm working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm that is looking to add a Scottish Personal Injury Solicitor to its growing team. This is a great opportunity for a 2+ PQE Scottish-qualified solicitor looking to join a supportive environment, work on a varied caseload and take real ownership of their clients and cases. You'll be joining a team that is genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for its clients, with a strong track record in personal injury work.
What will you be doing?
- Advising clients following personal injury
- Managing claims from instruction through to resolution
- Preparing pleadings, evidence and case documentation
- Negotiating settlements with insurers
- Liaising with clients, insurers and other parties
- Representing clients where matters proceed to court
- Providing clear, practical advice and delivering excellent client care
What type of experience are we looking for?
I'm particularly keen to hear from Scottish-qualified solicitors with 2+ years' experience in Personal Injury, including experience in areas such as:
- RTA
- Credit Hire
- EL
- Clinical Negligence
- General Personal Injury
Experience with Proclaim would be beneficial, as would a good understanding of credit/debt hire controls.
