Commercial Insurance Development Executive in Glasgow/Home based (Scotland). To £60,000 base plus benefits and car allowance.
Benefiting from an internal new business team who put up to 10 pre-qualified leads into your diary each week, your job as Development Executive is to meet them, provide clear advice and turn them from a lead to an established client.
Behind you, you'll have a full UK wide team of placing brokers, administration, claims and risk advisors who take on all the back-office tasks, allowing you to focus solely on advice.
To start off, you'll have some allocated clients to give you a foundation, but most of your time is spent converting appointments, retaining the book and also using the business development team to explore any specialisms or niches you want to execute.
