A leading private equity-backed wealth management firm is looking for a talented Financial Advisor to join its specialist Repatriation Team. This team supports high-net-worth individuals returning to the UK, offering tailored advice across offshore bonds, QROPs, QNUPS, and other international pension products.
You'll step into a leadership role within a small, collaborative team that includes paraplanning and dedicated client support. There’s a clear progression pathway and the chance to influence the future direction of the team.
What’s on offer:
- £80,000 base salary
- Attractive bonus scheme
- Strong benefits package including 27 days annual leave, private medical insurance, 7.5% employer pension contribution, flexible/remote working.
- High-quality client referrals from a sister firm based overseas
Requirements:
- Level 4 qualified (minimum)
- Proven experience advising expat or international clients
- Confident handling complex offshore financial products
- Natural leader with mentoring abilities
- An existing client base is a bonus, but not essential
