Job Description

Idex Consulting is working with a leading IFA practice in Stirling to recruit an experienced Financial Administrator.Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across all areas of financial planning
  • Use Intelligent Office (IO) and various provider platforms
  • Obtain quotes, illustrations, product details, and required paperwork
  • Prepare client valuations and annual review packs
  • Process new business applications accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise directly with providers and respond to client queries
  • Maintain and update client records in line with compliance standards

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Financial Services administration role is essential
  • Confident working with platforms and financial planning systems (IO preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Professional communication skills with a client-first approach
