You will work alongside globally renowned partners on complex, high-value disputes across the commodities and natural resources sectors. The firm advises a world-class client base of:
- Trading houses
- Energy companies
- Miners
- Financial institutions
The work spans international arbitration, High Court litigation, and regulatory investigations. Matters often involve multi-jurisdictional issues, emerging markets, and high-stakes commercial strategy. You’ll also have the chance to work on disputes relating to:
- Physical and derivative commodity contracts
- Offtake, supply, and transport agreements
- Trade finance and fraud issues
