The Role

Working closely with senior leadership, you will take responsibility for the performance and development of a regional operation, ensuring teams are aligned behind a clear commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a multi‑site insurance broking operation, driving consistency and collaboration across locations.




• Strengthening sales leadership and embedding a proactive, commercially focused culture.




• Driving organic growth through new business, account executive development and expansion of existing portfolios.




• Identifying opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and overall business performance.




• Attracting, developing and retaining high‑quality talent across the region.




• Supporting and coaching local leadership teams to improve accountability and achieve business objectives.




• Developing and implementing a strategic growth plan, translating business objectives into measurable results.




• Working with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, overcome challenges and support the wider success of the organisation.

About You

You will be an established insurance broking professional with a proven track record of leading teams, developing people and delivering commercial growth.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Experience in a senior leadership role within insurance broking.




• A strong track record of driving revenue growth and improving business performance.




• The ability to develop sales capability and build successful account executive teams.




• A solid understanding of the commercial insurance market.




• Experience leading across multiple offices, teams or business units.




• Strong financial acumen and the ability to turn strategic plans into tangible results.




• The credibility and leadership presence to influence at senior level while remaining focused on people and performance.
