An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Project Associate to join an innovative and forward-thinking business operating within the commercial insurance sector. The organisation works with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, providing specialist expertise across the insurance lifecycle, from risk analysis and policy and contract review through to the management and resolution of complex, high-value claims. The Role

As a Client Project Associate, you will be a key member of the Delivery Team, providing project administration and sales support to help ensure projects are delivered effectively and the team meets its utilisation and sales objectives. Working closely with the Technical and Project Management teams, you will manage your own workload and take responsibility for a range of delegated tasks. This is a central role within the business, reporting directly to the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the effective set-up of new client projects
  • Producing project timelines and project kick-off packs
  • Booking and allocating team members' time against specific projects
  • Monitoring individual project budgets and providing updates to the Technical Lead
  • Supporting the management of team capacity and resource allocation
  • Assisting with the preparation and production of client proposals
  • Producing weekly reports and providing information to the senior management team
  • Assisting with the preparation of data for company-wide reporting and updates
  • Managing projects through the company's internal portal, ensuring tasks remain up to date
  • Ensuring project teams have appropriate access to internal files and documentation
  • Coordinating meetings and managing meeting invitations
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of client document requests, subject to approval from the Technical Lead
  • Providing general administrative and project support to ensure the smooth delivery of client assignments

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and confident, with a genuine willingness to learn and an inquisitive approach. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and will be comfortable taking ownership of your workload while also working collaboratively with colleagues.
