We are partnering with a key client to appoint an experienced and driven HR Business Partner to support their UK operations. This is a highly visible role focused on driving consistency, improving processes, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions aligned to business needs
- Drive process improvement across core HR activities, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Support and influence organisational change, helping embed best practice
- Lead on employee relations matters, providing pragmatic and commercially sound advice
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Analyse HR data and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with wider HR teams to ensure a joined-up approach
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong track record of improving and embedding HR processes

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred
