A leading international law firm is seeking an Associate (NQ-3 PQE) to join its Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure practice in London. About the Role
The successful candidate will join a globally renowned team advising sponsors, lenders, borrowers, project developers, and governments on complex infrastructure transactions. The role involves working on infrastructure M&A, project finance, acquisition finance, and energy transition projects, providing integrated legal solutions in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex transaction documents.
- Advising clients on deal structuring, project development, bankability, and financing strategies.
- Managing transactions efficiently, ensuring timely execution and high-quality service delivery.
