Our client is a highly regarded, employee-owned employment law firm ranked in Chambers and Legal 500 for Employment work, with offices in Reading, London, and Bristol. They advise clients across fintech, media, retail, pharma, and professional services.
They are looking for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join the growing Employment team. Youβll work on a broad mix of employment matters, but with a bias toward contentious work and so this position is perfect for those who enjoy employment litigation and tribunal work, as well as High Court litigation.
At this level you will be expected to handle your own caseload of contentious matters, as well as supporting the more junior members of the team.
The successful candidate will be:
- Ideally over 5 years PQE
- Have strong litigation experience and experience of employment tribunal matters
- Be commercially minded, client-focused, team-oriented
