Overview
We are working with a prestigious international law firm in London that is looking to hire a stand-out Employment Associate (2–5 years’ PQE) to join their leading Employment team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm known for its exceptional quality of work, supportive culture, and genuine career progression.
Role
You’ll work on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- High-value Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Strategic advisory work for multinational corporates and financial institutions
- Business restructures, redundancy, TUPE and day-to-day HR support
- Employment aspects of complex M&A and outsourcing transactions
You’ll be part of a highly regarded and collaborative team, frequently working on matters with an international dimension.
About you
- 2–5 years\’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law
- Trained and qualified in the UK with strong experience at a reputable law firm
- A proactive, ambitious mindset and strong technical skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
