A leading personal injury firm based in Liverpool with a strong reputation is on the lookout for a talented Fee Earner to join their growing EL/PL team. You’ll manage a caseload of non-portal claims from start to finish, with the autonomy to run files your way, backed by a collaborative, friendly team who’ve always got your back.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling your own caseload of non-portal EL/PL matters through to conclusion
- Managing client communication and correspondence with confidence and care
- Keeping your caseload in excellent order with proactive case progression
- Hitting monthly and annual billing targets - with real reward when you do
- Collaborating with colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting one another
What you’ll bring:
- Solid experience in EL/PL personal injury
- Confident using the Damages Claims Portal, with knowledge of Part 7/Part 8 proceedings
- A sharp eye for liability and disclosure
