We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Partner to join a leading national law firm at a pivotal stage of growth. The Opportunity
  • You will play a central role in developing and expanding the firm’s real estate litigation offering, with full support to:
  • Build and lead a dedicated team
  • Develop client relationships and referral networks

  • High-value land acquisition litigation (including strategic infrastructure zones)
  • Commercial Landlord & Tenant
  • Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters
