About the Firm

A leading commercial law firm are recruiting for a Disputes Lawyer 6+ PQE, with notable experience across fraud disputes, to join their successful disputes team in City.


About the Role

You will be responsible for leading complex litigation and dispute resolution matters, contributing to the firm's strategic direction, and managing client relationships.


You will work on a mix of cross border disputes, with a particular focus on fraud, arbitration (international arbitration and investor state), insolvency and asset protection, tracing and recovery matters. This will service clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.


About You:

  • You will be a 6+ PQE Disputes lawyer, with experience in fraud (pre-requisite), arbitration (ideal but not required) and insolvency (ideal but not required)
  • This is a senior leadership role that requires extensive experience in legal practice, a proven track record of success in high-stakes cases, and the ability to mentor junior associates.
