Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Solicitor/Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team. In this role, you will play a key part in handling complex cases and in providing strategic advice to a range of high-profile clients.
You will have a proven track record of successful outcomes in Dispute Resolution matters along with a background in Sheriff Court and Court of Session work. You will have had exposure to property litigation cases including boundary disputes, missives and title problems, planning appeals, title disputes and applications to the Land Court.
You will have the ability to manage cases from inception to resolution and conduct complex negotiations and represent clients in court as required. You will be client-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
