My client is currently looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team in Stoke on Trent. The main function of the role is to support the Office Manager & Financial Planners that provide an efficient, high quality and compliant service to their clients.
- Preparing performance documentation for client review appointments
- Run risk profiler results via FE Analytics
- Processing and monitoring switch directly with provider or electronically via platform
- Ensuring any instructions received are confirmed in writing by client and authentication process is followed
