About the Firm
An international law firm, with offices across Europe, Africa and North America, are recruiting for a lawyer to join their leading Corporate Group in their London office.
About the Role
The team advises a broad client base – from listed companies and investors to governments and emerging businesses – on equity capital markets, private and public M&A, joint ventures, debt and equity financing, and strategic reorganisations.
You will support clients in the energy transition, natural resources, critical minerals, battery storage, technology and infrastructure sectors on complex, cross-border corporate and financing transactions.
About You
- You will be a Newly Qualified (NQ) solicitor or up to 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Corporate, gained at a leading UK or international law firm.
- Training or post-qualification experience in corporate, M&A, is essential. Exposure to energy/natural resources or capital markets is desirable but not essential.
