A leading international law firm is seeking a 4–7 PQE Associate to join its high-performing Corporate / Equity Capital Markets team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced associate to work on high-profile UK and cross-border ECM transactions, advising major corporate clients and financial institutions on complex and market-leading deals.
You will be involved in a broad range of equity capital markets and public company matters, including:
- IPOs, placings, rights issues and secondary fundraisings
- Advising on UK securities law, listing rules and regulatory requirements
- Working closely with partners, clients, banks and other advisers on live transactions
- Supporting business development and knowledge initiatives within the team
You will be a 4–7 years’ PQE (England).
