In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the team of highly respected partners and lawyers on a broad spectrum of sophisticated corporate and private equity deals:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze complex corporate and transactional matters.
- Draft and revise legal documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and financing documents.
- Participate in all aspects of due diligence, including reviewing contracts, conducting legal and regulatory research, and identifying potential risks.
- Assist with negotiations with clients, counterparties, and other legal professionals.
- Stay abreast of current legal developments in the corporate and private equity space.
Requirements:
- England & Wales qualified corporate lawyer with ~4-8 years of experience in a corporate or private equity law practice (prior experience at a top-tier law firm a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise legal documents.
- A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for the law.
