We are working exclusively with a well-regarded national law firm that is actively seeking to appoint a Corporate M&A Partner to join its growing transactional practice.

This is a key strategic hire and would suit a commercially driven individual with solid City firm experience who can confidently stand on their own two feet and contribute to the continued success of the team.

The ideal candidate will have:

A proven track record advising on complex domestic and cross-border M&A deals

Significant experience leading transactions and managing client relationships at partner level

A portable book of business (or strong client relationships) and a drive to build further

The ability to work autonomously while contributing to the wider firm’s collaborative culture

UK qualification and prior experience in a top-tier or respected City corporate practice
