An international practice, with offices across Europe, Africa and North America, are recruiting for a lawyer to join their leading Corporate Group in their London office.
About the Role
The team advises a broad client base - from listed companies and investors to governments and emerging businesses - on equity capital markets, private and public M&A, joint ventures, debt and equity financing, and strategic reorganisations.
You will support clients in the energy transition, natural resources, critical minerals, battery storage, technology and infrastructure sectors on complex, cross-border corporate and financing transactions
About You
- You will be a solicitor with 3-6 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Corporate, gained at a leading UK or international law firm.
- Experience in corporate, M&A and ECM would be ideal. Exposure to energy/natural resources or capital markets is desirable but not essential.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and established team in London, with exposure to both corporate and finance work across the energy and natural resources sectors.
You will be given early responsibility on complex, high-profile, cross-border transactions, with direct mentorship from recognised partners with deep sector expertise.
