They are focused on the London insurance market and are partnered with leading insurers, brokers, and MGAs, delivering high-quality talent solutions across underwriting, broking, claims, and operations.
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team to develop a warm desk within the insurance market with a focus on Finance roles. This is a 360 role with immediate access to existing client relationships, live roles, and candidate networks, giving you the platform to generate revenue from day one, while continuing to grow and develop your own desk.
- Source, engage, and manage high-quality candidates within the insurance market
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
- 5 years recruitment experience essential (insurance market experience is advantageous)
