Associate – Non-Contentious Construction Law Location: London ⚖️ Practice Area: Construction | NQ–2 PQE Our nationally recognised real estate practice represents around half of our client business. As a key part of this success, our specialist non-contentious construction team is growing — and we’re looking for a talented Associate to join us. The Opportunity You’ll work closely with senior fee-earners and collaborate across our offices, playing a vital role in supporting high-profile clients and driving business growth. This is a hands-on position offering exceptional exposure to a varied portfolio, including: Advising institutional investors and major funds on the development and maintenance of property portfolios Central London landmark projects and prestigious landed estates Mixed-use regeneration and urban renewal schemes Projects across housing, education, retail, life sciences, and leisure sectors You’ll be part of a dynamic, integrated team supporting clients across the full property lifecycle and throughout the wider construction industry. About You You’re a bright and proactive lawyer (NQ–2 PQE) with a genuine interest in construction law. You enjoy problem-solving, thrive in collaborative environments, and are eager to develop your career within a growing, ambitious team.
