A leading international law firm is looking to hire a talented Non-Contentious Construction Associate (4–8 PQE) to join its highly regarded construction and projects team, advising on top-tier development work across sectors including commercial real estate, infrastructure, energy, and life sciences.
The Role:
- You’ll work on major UK and cross-border development projects, acting for developers, funders, contractors, and public bodies.
- Drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, EPC, etc.).
- Advising on procurement strategies, project structuring, and construction risk.
- Exposure to high-value, complex mandates with excellent partner access and client contact.
