IDEX Consulting are currently supporting a growing Lloyds broker in their search for a Compliance Officer.
This role can be homebased but with monthly travel to their regional offices.
This role sits in a small team of Compliance professionals who are responsible for providing pragmatic regulatory advice and guidance to the business and any external partners.
The role is to manage the relationships with the regional brokers in their network. You will provide Compliance support to these businesses and promote group level compliance policy at a local level.
You will be responsible for driving a strong Compliance culture and helping the business understand the current regulatory landscape. You will be running key regulatory projects such as consumer duty, operational resilience and broker support.
This is very much a relationship driven role where you will be expected to build relationships and represent the compliance function at all levels.
Insurance is a must to be considered for this role.
