IDEX have been retained by a Life and Health provider in the North West of England who are looking to add a Manager to the Compliance function. This role will report directly into an Executive Head but also had regular interactions and business partnering with the CEO. The client are a multi discipline insurance provider with a strong foothold in the PMI and Life industry. Candidates with Life, Health, Insurance or Employee Benefits would be preferred but it not essential. The role will take on the responsibility of the management of the Compliance framework – you will have ownership of the Compliance plan and deliver key regulatory projects (consumer duty for example). The client can be flexible but they will need some office time due to the nature of the role. Candidates are encouraged to apply if you’re North West based (Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside).
