The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative Compliance team within a fast-expanding insurance brokerage. You will work closely with the Head of Compliance and the wider Operations team, acting as a trusted compliance partner to the business. As the company grows, the volume of work and complexity of regulatory activity is increasing — offering genuine scope for development, ownership and long-term career progression across the wider European group for high-performing individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring adherence to FCA regulatory requirements and relevant industry codes of practice
- Supporting the implementation and application of internal policies and procedures
- Providing clear, pragmatic compliance advice to colleagues across the organisation
- Conducting compliance monitoring activity and preparing structured reporting
- Assisting with regulatory training, guidance and awareness activity
- Contributing to business-wide projects, helping to drive efficiency, quality and change
- Offering input and support on broader strategic compliance and operational initiatives
