In this exciting role, you will play an integral part in high-profile competition matters across a wide range of areas, including:
- Distribution & Retail Strategies: Craft innovative distribution and retailer agreements for consumer brands, navigating complex market dynamics.
- Merger Control & FDI: Assist with merger control and foreign direct investment filings, ensuring smooth regulatory approvals.
