You’ll be part of a top-ranked team working with household names across rail, bus, infrastructure, and rolling stock. Recent mandates have included advising on major rail concessions, bus franchising in Manchester, and rolling stock procurement for key UK operators.

What you’ll be doing
- Advising on rail and bus franchising, concessions, and procurement
- Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Supporting clients on regulatory frameworks and risk analysis
- Advising on rolling stock procurement, financing & maintenance
- Contributing to infrastructure and depot development projects
What we’re looking for
- Qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience
- Interest in the rail/bus industry and infrastructure projects
- Experience with franchises, concessions, or procurement (a plus, not essential)
- Strong drafting, analytical and client-facing skills
