What you’ll be doing
- Advising on rail and bus franchising, concessions, and procurement
- Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Supporting clients on regulatory frameworks and risk analysis
- Advising on rolling stock procurement, financing & maintenance
- Contributing to infrastructure and depot development projects
What we’re looking for
- Qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience
- Interest in the rail/bus industry and infrastructure projects
- Experience with franchises, concessions, or procurement (a plus, not essential)
