The Firm: A leading media and commercial law firm, renowned for its expertise in the creative and entertainment industries, are seeking a talented and ambitious Commercial Associate to join their dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
The Role: You will play a crucial role in the team, providing high-quality, commercially focused legal advice to a diverse client base, including businesses and individuals across film, television, music, publishing, sport, brands, and technology. Alongside this, the role is also focussed on the firm’s digital and advertising clients, where you will work on the following agreements, including but not limited to:
- Services agreements (including global framework master services arrangements)
- Procurement agreements
- Media-buying agreements
- IP licences
- General commercial agreements (advertising, marketing and digital technology businesses)
- Data protection
- IP rights (including copyright and trademarks)
About You: You will be a qualified lawyer, with at least 3+ PQE experience and a proven track record of high levels of client service, across the media, entertainment, advertising or technology sectors. The role may suit more experienced candidates who wish to work on a four-day week.
