This isn't your typical broking house. It's a small, tight-knit team of insurance specialists with a genuinely high-quality client base spanning specialist construction and broader commercial markets — and a business model that does a lot of the heavy lifting for you.

Two key corporate partnerships generate a consistent flow of referred new business. Quality cases, cherry-picked. No cold calling your way through a dead pipeline.

Here's how it works in practice. One partnership brings a steady flow of construction and property cases. Another sits in the sports sector — giving you access to major sporting events, roundtables, and industry functions that most brokers simply don't get near.

You'll represent the business at these, work both new and existing clients in the mid-market space, and build relationships that actually go somewhere.

Behind you: a team of account handlers, full Acturis support, and a visible, technically strong Director who'll mentor where needed and open doors from their own network. Your job is client work. That's it.

You'll ideally be a technically capable Account Executive, comfortable in Glasgow one or two days a week, with any construction insurance background a genuine advantage.
