The Client Support Manager vacancy will allow you to have managerial responsibility for 5 team members, with job responsibilities including:
- Building and maintaining a trusted and supportive leadership style
- Coaching and developing team members, using performance reviews and 1-2-1's as a regular guide for team members
- Leading further recruitment into the division
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements are upheld
