IDEX Consulting are looking to recruit a Client Service Associate (New Business) on behalf of a leading national IFA to join their Client Services team. You will take ownership of new business cases from handover through to completion, working closely with Financial Advisers, providers and internal teams to ensure cases are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing new business cases through to completion
- Submitting business to providers and ensuring documentation is accurate
- Monitoring and progressing cases through provider platforms
- Liaising with advisers, providers and internal teams to resolve queries
- Providing regular updates on case progress
- Completing quality checks and ensuring regulatory requirements are met
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous financial services administration or new business processing experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing multiple cases and priorities
- Experience with Intelligent Office (iO) and provider platforms would be advantageous
