We are recruiting for a Client Services Associate to join an established wealth management business, supporting Financial Advisers and delivering a high-quality service to clients.
The Role
- Process new business, investments, withdrawals, switches and rebalances
- Support client reviews and ongoing servicing
- Manage client queries and maintain accurate records within Xplan
- Work closely with Advisers and internal teams to ensure excellent client experience
About You
- Previous experience in wealth management, financial planning administration or Adviser support
- Good knowledge of pensions and investment products
- Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail
- Xplan experience is advantageous
- CII level 4 qualified or working towards the qualification would be beneficial
