We are recruiting for a Client Services Associate to join an established wealth management business.
You'll support Financial Advisers and the wider Private Wealth team with client administration, new business and ongoing client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and ongoing servicing of clients
- Process payments, withdrawals and transfers for ISAs, SIPPs, bonds and GIAs
- Process Letters of Authority and obtain information from providers
- Produce valuations, performance reports and transaction statements
- Support new business applications and account administration
- Liaise with clients, Advisers and third-party providers
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Ensure client communications are accurate and issued on time
