Iām currently looking for a Client Administrator to join an independent financial advisory firm based in Clevedon. The firm are seeking two talented individuals with experience in IFA administration who live local to the area.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule client meetings
- Collaborate closely with Financial Advisors to provide proactive assistance
- Communicate with affluent and high-net-worth clients to ensure a seamless process and positive experience
- Assemble meeting materials for Advisors before client meetings
- Raise invoices where required
Up to 27 days annual leave + bank holidays. Option to buy and sell annual leave.
