IDEX are currently working with a rapidly growing, innovative, and employee-owned specialist Credit Insurance brokerage for a key technical role. They are seeking a Middle Office Analyst to join their dedicated technical team in London. This is not a traditional Broker Technician position; the firm has created a distinct and rewarding career path for technical experts who excel in data, detail, and process.
You will be joining a global firm, collaborating with teams across New York, Singapore, Brussels and London, and be central to delivering a best-in-class service to some of the most prestigious clients in the Credit space. The Role:
The successful candidate will provide technical support to the broking team, focusing on complex premium calculations for syndicated policies. They will liaise with the middle and back-office teams of the firm's clients, which include many of the largest banks in Europe. The position requires advanced Excel skills to manage and analyse policy data, operating within a global team that provides services to all international offices.
