A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level Intellectual Property Associate to join its well-established London IP team. The role sits within a large, market-recognised practice and offers exposure to high-quality, complex IP work across a range of sectors.
You will advise on the full range of intellectual property rights, supporting both contentious and non-contentious matters across the media, technology, entertainment, retail, consumer sectors and life sciences sectors. You will also have access to work with the broader creative and commercial practice advising across the full life cycle of projects, combining expertise in traditional and digital publishing, interactive entertainment, music, TV and film.
You will manage aspects of complex IP matters with appropriate autonomy and work closely with partners to support the continued growth of the practice.
You will be a qualified solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE with strong experience handling complex contentious and non-contentious IP matters. UK experience preferred.
