A leading commercial law firm based in the city, whose industry leading Financial Services Regulatory team, are recruiting for a FS Reg Lawyer 3-5 PQE.
The firm’s Financial Services Regulatory team is highly regarded and advises a diverse client base, including investment firms, banks, payment institutions, and fintech companies, on all aspects of UK and EU financial services regulation.
You will advise on a whole life cycle of firms in the financial services sector: from assisting founders seeking investment, product development and advising on the application of PRA and FCA regulations, through to dealing with PRA/FCA Enforcement investigations and police/SFO investigations.
You will have 3-5 years of PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in financial services regulatory matters, gained from an equally leading practice, either in private practice or in-house.
This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and challenging transactions with a variety of clients, across a range of sectors, including fintech, media, technology, travel, retail and leisure.
