A top tier London law firm, known for its premium client base, is seeking a talented Corporate Associate (3 - 4 PQE) to join its highly regarded Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad mix of private M&A, investments and joint ventures, advising a high-quality client base including private capital investors, entrepreneurs, family offices and high net worth individuals.
The work has a strong international element, often involving cross-border transactions and offshore jurisdictions. You will play a key role in a busy and growing team, with exposure to both transactional and advisory work in the private capital space, across sectors such as technology, media, sports, financial services and real estate.
The position offers significant responsibility, including:
- Leading on small to mid-sized transactions
- Acting as lead associate on larger deals alongside partners
- Managing and negotiating key transaction documents
- Advising clients throughout the transaction lifecycle
You will have 3-4 years’ PQE with strong experience in private company M&A and investments. You will be confident in managing transactions with increasing autonomy, with a proactive approach and interest in business development.
