An international law firm with a global reach, with offices across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Central Asia, Europe and the Middle East, is offering the opportunity for a Corporate Associate (3–6 PQE) to join its London practice.
The role offers exposure to high-quality UK and cross-border corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work, acting for corporates, sponsors and management teams, across sectors including sports, healthcare, leisure, retail and media, real estate, energy, financial services, technology, and infrastructure. Associates can expect early responsibility, direct client exposure, and close collaboration with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
About You: You will have 2–6 PQE with solid cross border corporate transactional experience, gained at a recognised City or international firm.
