An elite US law firm is seeking a junior – mid level M&A Associate (1-4 PQE) to join its top-tier UK Corporate / M&A practice in London.
The role offers exposure to complex, high-profile UK and cross-border public and private M&A transactions, acting for major listed companies, multinational corporates and financial sponsors across a wide range of sectors including tech, finance, consumer, media, pharma and industrials.
About You:
- You will have 1–4 years’ PQE with strong UK M&A experience, gained at a top-tier corporate/M&A practice.
- Proven involvement in complex, cross-border transactions and experience advising on public and/or private M&A from inception to completion.
