An international law firm, with offices across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, is seeking a Contentious Construction Associate (2+ PQE) to join their leading city construction and engineering team in its London practice.
You will get exposure to a broad mix of project advisory work on live developments and formal dispute resolution, including adjudication, High Court litigation, and (where applicable) arbitration and mediation. The work spans key sectors such as building safety and the living sector, infrastructure, energy, engineering, and PFI, with both domestic and international matters.
About You:
- You will have at least 2+ years’ PQE in contentious construction and engineering, with experience.
- Experience of adjudication and litigation is essential; arbitration or mediation experience is advantageous but not required.
