A leading international law firm is seeking a 3–5 PQE banking lawyer to join its well-established fund finance and general banking practice in London.
The role offers exposure to a broad mix of fund finance and leveraged finance work, including:
- NAV / NEV facilities
- Subscription line and hybrid facilities
- General banking and leveraged finance transactions
- Acting for banks, alternative lenders, sponsors and funds across a range of asset classes
This opportunity would suit a lawyer with solid general banking experience, whether or not their background is exclusively in fund finance. The team is open-minded on background and encourages applications from lawyers looking to develop deeper fund finance expertise alongside wider banking work.
Key requirements:
